Okay, so submissions are closed for 2010, what happens next?

Good question. Already the PP team has gone through all 1,500+ entries from 70+ countries and have shortlisted them down to 30 finalists. Today we will send the finalists to the judges who will vote and tell us who they think should win the competition this year. Everyone who has been shortlisted will be contacted shortly by someone from the PP team asking for a high-res (300pdi) version of their poster.

Once we have the files, they will be sent to our printers for inclusion in our exhibition (October 12–19, Melbourne).

While we are running around organising the exhibition, the winning poster will be printed over 3,500 times ready for distribution in October.

And then…we will let you know how you can help with the international distribution of the poster.

And then…we will start working on next year’s competition.
