
International Poster Competition
Eligibility
Positive Posters is open to both professionals and students from any design related field.
If an entry is a collaborative effort or anything of that nature, a clear description of authorship must be supplied with the submission.
Judging Process
All entries will be reviewed by a 5 person jury who will shortlist 30 posters for inclusion in the exhibition. From this shortlist, the jury will also choose a poster which best meets the criteria for entry, this will be the winning entry.
The jury will consist of:
- David Berman
- Jono Wallace (Alter)
- Andy Sargent (South South West)
- Icograda Representative
- To Be Announced
The jury decision is final.
Legal Information
1. Entries into the competition must be of the original creator of the design being submitted.
2. If the work is being created by more than one person or a studio, then one of the creators of the work may submit the work with the permission of the other creators.
3. By submitting your entry, you grant Positive Posters Inc. perpetual license and right to use your name and your entry in any news articles, releases, websites, promotional materials and other marketing and/or informational materials concerning this event.
The following designs will be disqualified and are not eligible for shortlisting or exhibition, if it:
4. Positive Posters Inc. reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition.
5. No liability shall be taken by Positive Posters Inc. for losses incurred as a result of submission of an entry into the competition.
6. The entrant retains copyright of the submission and attests that all submissions are original and are the works and/or property of the entrant with all rights granted therein, and indemnifies Positive Posters Inc. from any liability and copyright infringement.
7. The entrant must have secured permission for any image or words to appear if those image(s) or words are obtained from third parties.
