#STUDIOSOUNDS

A few months back, Motherbird came up with the hashtag #studiosounds and it’s been flying around Twitter with different designers and studios tweeting out what they are listening to. All the designers we know have a big interest in music, so we thought we would share the music we are listening to right now so you have something potentially new to listen to while you finish off your entries for this years comp.

Yesterday I sent an email out to the PP team asking them to send me a screen shot of their ’25 Most Played’ play list in iTunes. I complied the results and this is what we ended up with. Enjoy!

It’s a great share. But Motherbird did not “come up” with the hashtag, it had been used .

  8. John says:

Weird..I remember it being around earlier (May at least) this year, before I went on holiday, and I would have thought earlier too.

Guess no ideas are really original.

  9. Jack Mussett says:

    Hey Guys,

I’m sure the concept has been done before in the world of twitter. I posted one on the 5th of May, before I went on holiday, hoping to start a little music chat amongst the design industry. It’s pretty important to our process. Mid last year we wrote a Desktop Magazine article discussing the studio music concept. Anyway lets all get involved.

    Cheers
