Sex, Drugs & Helvetica

We are very pleased to announce that we are holding out first ever conference for graphic design students, which has been named Sex, Drugs & Helvetica.

Here is our one paragraph on the event.

Sex, Drugs & Helvetica, an event by Positive Posters for graphic design students in a big room with seats.

  6. Isabelle says:

Oh this sounds absolutely amazing, i would fly down from Brissie to be there but i have to be back for class at 6:30! Is there any chance there might be one in Brissie sometime down the track?

    Hi,
Will you have another event in Melbourne soon?

  12. Nick Hallam says:

@kara We have been getting a lot of requests, so I guess we will have to look at it. Probably not until next year though.

  13. Kara says:

I won’t be a student next year. Will I still be able to go? Will it be in the same month or earlier?

  14. Kieran says:

Any chance of extra tickets becoming available? Would love to go on a wait list if there is one

  15. Nick Hallam says:

@Kara You will! Not sure about the timing yet. @Kieran, we have a STACK of people who are asking for tickets, but unless we find a bigger venue in the net 7 days it doesn’t look like we will be able to release any more this year :( sorry!

  16. Fiona says:

    Hi Nick,

I want to buy a ticket :( I know I am late (as I read your reply to Kieran)
Have you had any luck with a new venue? (hoping for a miracle)
I am enrolled in the Brighton Bay Program and received your Poster/Information booklet. Simply loved it and so badly want to be a part of this conference. But if not, I will keep my fingers crossed for the next one. Hopefully, its not to far away. Regards,
    Fiona

  17. Nick Hallam says:

@Fiona, Glad you got our posters. It’s not looking good I’m afraid. We are already having to make the PP staff stand because we are short seats! Thank so much for getting in touch though. The next one will hopefully be early next year. How is Brighton Bay going?

  18. Fiona says:

    Hi Nick,

Never mind :) will keep my eye open for the next one. Wish you and the staff at Positive Posters all the best. I am sure you guys must be working very hard at the moment to get everything organised. So good luck :)
Brighton Bay is going great. It’s down to the crucial part of the year where we are busy getting our folios together, hectic but enjoying and loving every moment of it.Do you visit us at BB too?

  19. Nick Hallam says:

@Fiona Thanks so much for your well wishes. It’s the first time we have done something like this so fingers crossed we get it right!

Best of luck with your folios. If you need a hand with anything let me know (nick@positive-posters.com)

I was keen to visit BB but we couldn’t get it organised in time. If you want us to come and present the brief, let me and/or your lecturers know!

  20. Lavonn says:
