I waste therefore I am.

I waste therefore I am. This poster was inspired by Barbara Kruger’s artwork from 1987 which states, “I shop therefore I am.” Her work was a statement on the nature of consumerism of the time. Today I feel that this has shifted to a different focus; the huge amount of waste being created by consumerism. From electronics to clothing, waste is a major issue that we need to confront.
