We are very please to announce that we will be trialing a something new for Positive Posters.

Pencil&Paper is the name we have given to the program which is aiming to do 3 things:

1. Support Positive Posters; ensuing that we can continue in 2011;
2. Get the poster to as many people around the world as possible;
3. Support grass roots design by giving back to the designers themselves.

Until the 31st of January, we will be selling all of the 2010 top 30 posters in our online store with 10% of each sale going back to the designer of the poster.

This is a big and exciting step for PP as it is really the first time we have trailed anything like this before. Lots of people have been asking us where and when they will be able to purchase the posters online, however we have been reluctant to rush into selling any posters because we believe strongly that PP should support and give back to the designers and the design industry at the same time. When we grow, the designers grow too.

All of the 2010 finalists have been contacted and have agreed to take part in the program. In fact, they are all super excited and very supportive of the initiative. We feel we should point out that this is a trail, and it will only run until the 31st of January, 2011. If everything goes well, it is this type of thing that we will look at implementing in the future.
