Congratulations to Peter Chmela from Slovakia. His poster ‘Smile’ is this years winner.
Peter will receive a copy of Adobe CS4, a shiny new Wacom Tablet and his poster will be printed and pasted up all over Melbourne.
On top of all of this, we will be sending the poster on a world tour. Stay tuned for more information on how you can get involved.

We thought we should fill you in on a few things that have been happening
The judges has completed their process and guess what? We had a tie. Two posters polled evenly!
We sent the two tied posters back and the judges have now picked a winner!
The winning entry will be revelled tonight at the exhibition party in Melbourne, Australia and will be announced HERE tomorrow.
There more t-shirts available at the exhibition tonight and we are now taking orders via email while we are waiting for our online store to go up.

A bit of trivia for you. We received entries from 53 countries! Absolutely amazing!
Studio Motherbird have designed a typographic poster listing all of the entrants names, cities and countries. We will post up an image shortly. These will be available for purchase also via Caz.

Hi!
Firstly, a huge thanks to everyone who entered PP this year. We were flooded with fantastic entires in the last week which was something that we did not expect. The final number of entries was 339. We will be posting more details about where all of the entries have come from as we received a larger number from overseas.
As of 5pm AEST, Thurs, 29th OCT we were officially closed for submission.
Last night (Friday) the Positive Posters board met and over a few beer, shortlisted the entries down to 30 finalists. It was a difficult process, but we are very happy with the final list. The 30 finalists posters will be sent to our judges over the weekend and they will choose an overall winner, (to be announced at the exhibition on the 11th of Nov, at Rooftop Bar. (see below))
